Construction Administration
As a representative, JRA coordinates with the health department from plan approval through the final “Pre-Opening” health inspections; providing on-site equipment inspections and punch list to ensure the equipment provided meets specifications, includes all accessories, is properly installed, operates properly and that the staff is properly trained
Extended Full Service Warranty
All equipment for every project receives a minimum one year parts AND labor warranty (with extended warranties on refrigeration); during this time JRA acts as the owner's representative to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service.
