Owner's Representative
From the health department permit approval through the final grand opening health inspection; the owner's representative provides on-site equipment inspections to ensure it meets specifications, including all proper accessory and operational installation and training all staff on proper use.
Extended Full Service Warranty
All equipment for every project receives a minimum one year parts AND labor warranty (with extended warranties on refrigeration); during this time we act as the owner's representative to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service.
