Jim Riemenschneider, President – Project Manager/ Lead Designer

"Jim R" is well known within the food service industry with more than 30 years of experience as an innovative consultant who provides designs that smoothly and cleanly integrate food service and architecture. Additionally, his extensive experience in nearly every food service application allows him to offer our clients recommendations from a wide perspective, incorporating positives from all aspects of the industry into their projects. Through collaboration with the design team, owner and operator, Jim assists them in determining project goals based upon their current and potential menus, operational criteria, as well as current and future trends. He then creates aesthetically pleasing, versatile food service facilities while remaining budget conscious throughout the entire process.

Courtney Payne, Vice President – Project Manager/Lead Designer/Quality Control

 Courtney has experience not only with CAD but also Revit. She assists in detailing projects as well as maintaining a level of quality which we have set for ourselves. In addition, Courtney has over 10 years of experience in food service operations. This knowledge helps with form, function and flow of each and every project. Courtney meets with clients to gather information and ensures we provide proper designs to meet their needs. She then follows the project to completion. Courtney also manages and coordinates with the entire JRA team regarding all projects, from the beginning of design to the engineering process and through project close-out.

Christina Guillory, Quality Control/Lead Designer

 Christina is certified in Revit as well as having extensive knowledge in CAD. Christina designs projects and produces all the necessary documents. She also provides a layer of quality control to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our standards of accuracy. Christina has experience in the food service industry with catering and cooking. She uses this experience to ensure each design works from an operational standpoint.

Austin Hunt, CAD Technician/Project Designer

Austin has over 8 years of experience in CAD.  He assists with designing projects and producing all the proper documents. Austin’s background allows him to be detail-oriented and tuned in to the specifics of each project. He uses this experience to ensure the highest level of technical quality.

Andrew Forzley, Project Manager/CAD Technician

Andrew brings extensive product knowledge and hands-on food service experience to the JRA team.  He assists with designing projects and producing all the required documents. Andrew also meets with clients to develop the programming of the project and continues to work with the client through the completion of each phase and eventually the end of the project.
