Jim Riemenschneider, President – Project Manager/Lead Designer

 "Jim R." is a highly respected expert in the food service industry, bringing over 35 years of experience as an innovative consultant. He specializes in designing seamless integrations of food service and architecture, ensuring both functionality and aesthetics. With extensive experience across nearly every food service application, Jim offers clients informed recommendations, drawing from best practices across the industry. Collaborating closely with the design team, owners, and operators, he helps define project goals based on menus, operational needs, and emerging trends. His approach results in versatile, visually appealing food service facilities that remain budget-conscious throughout the entire process.

Courtney Hankis, Vice President – Project Manager/Lead Designer/Quality Control

 Courtney is proficient in both CAD and Revit, bringing valuable expertise to project detailing while upholding the high-quality standards we set for ourselves. With over 15 years of experience in food service operations, she applies her deep understanding of form, function, and flow to every project. Courtney works closely with clients to gather essential information, ensuring our designs align with their needs and following each project through to completion. Additionally, she manages and coordinates with the entire JRA team, overseeing all aspects of a project—from initial design and engineering to final close-out.

Christina Guillory, Quality Control/Lead Designer

 Christina is a certified Revit professional with extensive knowledge of CAD. She develops project designs, produces all necessary documentation, and ensures quality control to maintain and surpass our accuracy standards. With hands-on experience in the food service industry, including catering and cooking, Christina applies her expertise to create designs that are both functional and efficient from an operational standpoint.

Austin Hunt, CAD Technician/Project Designer

 Austin brings over ten years of experience in CAD, assisting with project design and the production of precise documentation. With a background in product design engineering, he has a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on project specifics. This expertise enables him to uphold the highest standards of technical quality in every design.

Benjamin Rainer, CAD Technician/Project Designer

 Ben has a decade of CAD experience in the tool and die industry, contributing to project design and the creation of accurate documentation. Beyond his technical expertise, his background in restaurant management provides a well-rounded perspective, allowing him to approach each project with both operational and design efficiency in mind. He leverages this experience to ensure every project meets the highest technical standards and aligns with JRA’s established quality expectations.

Mariah Sugarbaker, CAD Technician/Project Designer

 Mariah is a CAD and Revit specialist with four years of experience in project design and documentation. With a background in laboratory cabinet design, she is attentive to detail and precision. Growing up in a family-run restaurant has given her a unique perspective, making her a well-rounded designer with an intuitive understanding of kitchen functionality. Her expertise ensures efficiency, accuracy, and the highest technical standards in every project.

Angela Szost, CAD Technician/Project Designer

 Angela brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the baking industry, both locally and abroad. Her extensive background in the culinary world gives her a well-balanced approach to kitchen design. She's a recent
graduate with training in Revit and CAD.  She uses industry knowledge along with the core standards of JRA to produce high quality designs.
